How to Build Income You Can Count On in 2027

The way we work is changing. The economy is changing. AI is changing what skills are valuable.

So what does a reliable source of income look like now?

Making money isn’t the only problem anymore

For a long time, the advice was pretty simple:

Get a better job. Start a side hustle. Build a business. Make more money.

But going into 2027, I think the question is different.

What can you build that you can actually count on?

That’s the question we’re going to answer

Something that doesn’t require you to start over at zero every month

Something built around a skill businesses genuinely need

Something that gives you more control over your income and time

Something that still makes sense as AI changes the value of work

01

DURABILITY

What makes an income source durable.

The criteria I’d use if I were starting over today. And how I’d separate a real opportunity from something that only works when conditions are perfect.

IN THE TRAINING

What makes income something you can actually count on?

02

RECURRING REVENUE

Why not starting every month at zero changes everything

Why a small number of ongoing clients can create very different economics from constantly needing another sale.

03

AI: THE FUTURE OF WORK

What AI changes, and what it doesn’t.

Which kinds of work are becoming cheaper to automate, and why judgement, problem solving and accountability are becoming more valuable.

04

THE PRESSURE TEST

The business model I would still choose today.

I’ll take the small business I’ve spent 16 years building and teaching and put I through the same test: if I were starting over in 2027, would I still choose it?

WHY I AM TEACHING THIS

Sixteen years ago, I was trying to solve this exact problem.

I was a single mom with two little kids, trying to figure out how to support my family without giving someone else control over all of my time.

I needed enough income to take care of us. But I also wanted to be the one picking my kids up, spending afternoons with them, and actually being there while they grew up.

I needed income I could count on — and time that still belonged to me.

The answer I found was a small medical billing business.

A handful of long-term clients gave me recurring revenue. I could work while my kids were at school, close my computer when they came home, and know where next month's money was coming from.

That was 16 years ago.

If I were starting over in 2027, would I make the same choice?

That's what we're going to pressure-test together in this training.
